Yes, it's been quite some time since I took computer in hand to babble about Baker Street. Fear not, dear reader: I did not perish in the turbulent waters at the bottom of Reichenbach Falls. I've just been busy with...life. As my children have grown, and my church job has expanded, I've found that it's not at all easy to find time for blogging. Meanwhile, my interests are not limited to Holmesian topics. I also blog about Shakespeare and the Bible from time to time.
However, today I stumbled on an email in my Inbox about The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle, and the importance of this date, December 27, in the Holmes canon. So I decided to revisit my Baker Street Babble blog, and share the following link to a podcast and a poem at I Hear of Sherlock Everywhere...enjoy. I shall attempt to share more of my Sherlockian thoughts in the near future. Compliments of the season!
I'm a stay-at-home dad, and Director of Music Ministries at a United Methodist Church in Mt. Juliet, TN. And a longtime fan of Sherlock Holmes.
